Cardio A is ordered through this site by leaving a name and phone number in the order form, and this page explains what happens to that information afterwards. We collect only what is needed to process and deliver an order, keep it for as long as is reasonably necessary to fulfil that order and handle basic bookkeeping, and take sensible steps to keep it safe from loss or misuse.

When you place an order we ask for your name and phone number, and sometimes a delivery address or town. If you write to us by email, we keep that correspondence to answer your question and any follow-up. We do not ask for payment card details through the site, since payment is arranged directly with the courier on delivery.

Why we use it

Your details are used to confirm your order, arrange delivery, and answer questions you send us. We do not sell your information to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising on other websites.

How long we keep it

Order details are kept for as long as needed to complete the order and for a reasonable period afterwards in case of a query, then removed or anonymised when no longer needed.
